At 13:42, April 25, the last fuel rod of Ling Ao Phase II Unit 1 was in place. Six minutes later, the inspectors on behalf of the National Nuclear Safety Administration confirmed correct position of all fuel assemblies, which signified the successful completion of the first fuel loading of Ling Ao Phase II Unit 1.

The fuel load process took 4 days, during which time the reactor was remained at a stable cold shutdown state. No abnormality was detected through the process.
