At precisely 21:08 April 1st, water was let in the primary loop of Ling Ao Unit 4, which signified the start of the open-head cold functional test (CFTRVO-1) of the unit.

This important test is aimed to verify that safety related systems of the unit operate properly and the primary loop water flow is within safe range.
